AI job search setup for working professionals

Find your next role without making noise.

I set up a private job search system in your own Claude account. It reads the job alerts you already get, filters out the noise, and sends you one short report every Monday with only the roles worth your time. Nobody at work needs to know.

  • No "Open to Work" banner
  • Runs in your own account
  • Refund if the first run doesn't fire

A different kind of search

Most job tools make your search louder.

Auto apply bots, daily alert floods, and public profile badges all add noise. Quiet Search goes the other way: fewer, better roles, kept private, checked once a week.

Loud search

  • Auto apply to 500 jobs
  • "Open to Work" banner
  • Scrolling job boards every night
  • Spray and pray
  • Your data in someone else's platform

Quiet search

  • 4 roles worth your time
  • Nobody knows you're looking
  • One report on Monday morning
  • Selective, so you can negotiate
  • Runs in your own account

How it works

Set up once. Then it runs while you work.

  1. 1

    Tell me what you want

A short intake covers your target titles, location, salary floor, and dealbreakers. About 20 minutes, no technical background needed.

  2. 2

We build it in your account

On a live call, we set up the system in your own Claude account and schedule it. You see every step, and you own all of it.

  3. 3

    It reads your job alerts

On your schedule, it goes through the job alert emails you already receive and checks each posting against your criteria.

  4. 4

    You get one calm report

Monday morning, a short list of roles that actually fit, with a line on why each one made the cut. Apply to the ones you like.

Change anything later in plain English: "raise my salary floor," "pause for two weeks," "skip agency postings."

The Monday Quiet Report

From 200 postings to 4.

Every week you get one short report instead of a flood of alerts. Each role includes why it matched, what to watch out for, and a link to apply.

  • Filtered by title, location, salary, and your dealbreakers
  • Duplicates and reposts removed
  • Tracks what you've applied to, so nothing slips
  • Takes about five minutes to read

Who it's for

Built for people who don't have time to search loudly.

Employed and looking

You have a job and want a better one, without your boss, coworkers, or LinkedIn network finding out.

Recently laid off

Quiet doesn't mean slow. It means focus instead of panicked mass applying that floods your inbox and burns recruiter goodwill.

Changing careers

Searching across new titles is messy. A clear filter keeps you looking at roles that fit where you're headed.

You should be comfortable with email and willing to try a new tool. No coding required.

Why I built this

I ran my own search this way for months.

I'm Chris Pereira. When I started looking for my next role, I didn't want an "Open to Work" banner or a nightly job board habit. So I built a system that read my alerts, filtered out the noise, and handed me a short list once a week.

The hard part wasn't the idea. It was the filter rules, the scheduling, and knowing what breaks. That's what I set up for you, so you skip the trial and error.

Quiet Search for Teams

Help your departing team land their next role with dignity.

For HR leaders and outplacement firms. Setups sold in packs as part of a severance or transition benefit.

Questions

Frequently asked

What do I need before we start?

A paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise), job alert emails set up on the boards you use, and about 20 minutes to fill out the intake. If you don't have job alerts yet, I'll help you set them up.

Does this cost anything ongoing?

Nothing from us. Setup is a one-time fee. The only ongoing cost is your own Claude plan, which you control.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything runs in your own Claude account. Nothing is hosted by us, and we don't keep access to your account after setup.

Will my employer find out?

Nothing about this is public. There's no profile badge, no auto applications going out under your name, and no new account on a job platform. You decide what to apply to.

Does it apply to jobs for me?

No, and that's on purpose. It finds and filters. You choose where to apply, which keeps your search selective and your reputation with recruiters intact.

How is this different from Teal, Simplify, or Careerflow?

Those are subscription apps, and many focus on applying faster and to more jobs. This is a one-time setup of a system you own, built to reduce noise rather than add to it.

Can I change it later?

Yes. Just ask in plain English: "stop including contract roles," "raise my salary floor to $140k," or "pause this for two weeks."

What if it doesn't work?

If your first scheduled run doesn't fire, you get a full refund.

How loud is your search right now?

Let's make it quieter. Pick a setup option, or send a note with any questions.
